Salary: £16.27 - £20.50 per hour (depending on role and experience)
Hours: 30-50 hours per week (hours and shifts negotiable)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing cosmetics brand on a 3-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for beauty, sales, and providing outstanding service. With two available roles; Senior Beauty Advisor and Beauty Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the busy Christmas season.

Senior Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will:

Lead and support a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee stock management and maintain high store presentation standards.
Confidently advise customers on cosmetics, including shade matching and product suitability.
Drive sales and support team members in achieving targets.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer receives a premium service.Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate

As a Beauty Advisor, you will:

Deliver excellent customer service through one-to-one consultations.
Assist customers with product recommendations, including shade matching.
Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetics and beauty products.
Support the Senior Advisor with stock and general store duties.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming in-store experience.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (essential for Senior Beauty Advisor, desirable for Beauty Advisor).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for beauty and confidence in shade matching.
Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail setting.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Benefits:
