We are currently recruiting for a prestigious client that is based in the Southampton area. As a MHS Engineer you will be required to travel around the Southampton area.

Duties:

* Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic equipment.

* Work alone from a purpose kitted service vehicle repairing a variety of equipment from the rear of the vehicle.

* Liaise with the Service Office by phone and email using mobile phone apps.

* Be on call 1 weekend in 3.

Requirements:

* Must live within the Southampton area and have a full UK Driving Licence.

* Have a good electrical and mechanical fault finding ability and experience with 230V and 415V electrical systems.

* Have a heavy engineering background including knowledge of Dock Levellers, Scissor Lifts, Cardboard Balers and Industrial Compactors.

* Be Punctual and Reliable.

* Customer Focused.

If successful you will be working on two different shift patterns.

* Monday - Friday (40 Hours)

* On call :

* Saturday (8 Hours paid at time and a half)

* Sunday ( 6 Hours paid at double time)
