An exciting opportunity has opened for a Site Estimator to join a respected and expanding steel fabrication and manufacturing company with a solid pipeline of secured projects. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator ready to play a key role in the successful costing and delivery of high-value contracts. Immediate start available for the ideal candidate!

Estimator Key Responsibilities:

As a Site-Based Estimator, you'll work alongside the project and commercial teams to:

* Develop and submit accurate steelwork tenders and cost proposals

* Perform precise material take-offs and quantity assessments

* Source and coordinate procurement of steel and associated materials

* Communicate effectively with main contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

* Assist with cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning

* Maintain accurate records and support the commercial function as required

Estimator Candidate Requirements:

* CSCS Card - must be valid and up to date

* Demonstrated experience in steelwork estimating or metal fabrication pricing

* Strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication techniques, and industry standards

* Experience working on construction or infrastructure project sites

* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

* Confident interacting with contractors, engineers, and project managers
