This school based in Spilsby is a specialist Secondary School for SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties) pupils. The schools caters to students from 11-16 and provides a personalised curriculum provision that is aspirational, caring and engaging, whilst still remaining challenging.

To be a successful Teaching Assistant at this school you need to confidently think on your feet, be approachable and have a patient manner. It would be desirable for you to have experience working with secondary aged pupils however, not essential. It is essential to have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs but that can be with any age and in various provisions such as the care sector, education sector and youth work.
Currently recruiting for a part time Teaching Assistant however, as the academic year goes on there will also be an opportunity for a full time Teaching Assistant.
