Reliability Manager
Location: Nottingham - Large Manufacturing Campus
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Reporting to: Account Director

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Manager to join the team at a major manufacturing site in Nottingham. This role is focused on driving asset reliability and performance across a large, complex campus.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, excellent analytical ability, and experience working with CMMS/CAFM systems to optimise asset performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead initiatives to improve asset reliability and uptime through condition monitoring and reliability-centred maintenance strategies

* Collaborate closely with both the onsite delivery team and client stakeholders

* Deliver data-driven insights and technical guidance to optimise maintenance activities and reduce cost

* Produce detailed analytical reports, identifying abnormalities and recommendations

* Support new projects and extra works, with a focus on sustainable and reliable engineering solutions

* Work alongside the Asset Manager to inform and develop the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR)

* Prioritise lifecycle planning of assets and the continuous improvement of maintenance practices

Person Specification:

* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* Previous experience in facilities management or a similar environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges

* High proficiency with CMMS/CAFM systems - ideally experienced as a super user

* A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify and influence sustainability-led innovation
