Job Title: Mechanical Site Lead / Mechanical Supervisor

Location: West London (transport-accessible site)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
On-Call: 1-in-4 rota
Salary: Competitive (DOE) + company van

The Opportunity:

We're recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Site Lead / Supervisor to take ownership of a key client site in North West London. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems, working in a high-profile environment where service quality and technical excellence are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive works, and emergency call-outs

*

Supervise a small team of engineers (2 site-based, 1 mobile - all electrical)

*

Ensure all mechanical systems and plant are maintained to a high standard

*

Act as the main client-facing lead for on-site operations

*

Manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with health & safety, and support audits or inspections

*

Maintain accurate records, reports, and asset documentation

What You'll Need:

*

Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Site Lead role

*

A strong background in building services maintenance, with in-depth technical knowledge

*

Hands-on experience working with:

*

Pumps (essential)

*

Water tanks & storage systems

*

Compressors and compressed air systems

*

Hydraulics and pneumatics

*

HVAC units and associated equipment

*

Excellent team management and delegation skills

*

Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach

*

Ability to take ownership of site performance and drive high service standards
