BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within a Sheltered Housing Scheme based in Portishead.
Working hours are 20 per week which can be flexibly worked over 3 or 4 days.
The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour
The role is initially for 6 months with strong potential to become permanent.
You will be based within a leading retirement service providing one and two bed apartments to over 55's, there are a range of onsite facilities to include, attractive gardens, a lounge, hair salon, guest room and a dining room.
You will work with the Housing Manager to help with administrative tasks within the scheme.
Duties include but will not be limited too;
* Helping complete health and safety checks
* Supporting with welfare checks
* Writing up reports
* Logging any relevant paperwork
* Booking rooms
* Answering any correspondence from 3rd parties and residents
Enhanced DBS would be required for this role!!
