What You’ll Be Doing- Providing a warm, polished welcome to late-arriving residents and guests
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and in-person with professionalism and care
- Assisting residents with requests, bookings, amenity access and general support
- Overseeing parcel and post handling, ensuring smooth organisation for the morning handover
- Preparing accurate handover notes to ensure continuity between night and day teams
- Keeping the lobby and front-of-house areas immaculate for the morning arrival
- Building strong rapport with residents, becoming a trusted overnight point of contact
What We’re Looking For- Experience as a concierge or front-of-house professional (luxury residential or hotel preferred)
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills
- A calm, composed and service-oriented mindset
- Someone dependable, organised and proud to deliver a 5-star standard
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on the Pitman schedule
