A Process Manager opportunity for a well-established food manufacturer who are a proven winner for retailers across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Head of Technical, this role offers the chance to be hands-on with leading projects through to launch.

The Role

As Process Manager, you will:

Drive factory trials

Lead the scale-up of new and existing products

*

Ensure processes are safe, cost-effective, and aligned with BRC and retailer standards

*

Collaborate cross-functionally

The Candidate

The successful Process Manager will have:

Proven experience in a similar technical or quality role within food manufacturing

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

A proactive, hands-on approach

*

A keen eye for detail
