IT Support Team Leader – Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-established and successful business for a new 1st Line Support Team Leader to help manage the day to day activities of their service desk. This exciting new permanent role will suit an experienced, technically minded applicant who has previous supervisory / team leader experience.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
·Ensure the Service Desk service runs smoothly
·Ensure Customer Service SLAs are adhered to
·Co-ordinate daily activities within the team
·Plan and control daily operations
·Ensure reported issues are escalated and dealt with
·Handle complaints and unresolved technical issues through to completion
·Conduct performance reviews
To be considered for this great opportunity, you’ll need to have worked in a similar role previously.
You MUST have previous Team Leader / Supervisory / Management experience, be technically savvy, have 1st class customer service skills, be well organised and have excellent communication skills. You will be at a minimum 2nd Line Support technical level.
You’ll also need to have demonstrative experience with Performance Management, Planning & reviewing of workloads, problem solving and analysis.
The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Perton etc
