Teach Now is recruiting an experienced and dedicated SEN teaching assistant to work with a vibrant primary school in Harrow, supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. The role is centred on nurturing children with SEMH needs, helping them build confidence, emotional regulation, and a love for learning in a supportive, inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

• A strong background in supporting children with SEMH and/or additional behavioural needs
• Proactive, empathetic, and confident in de-escalation and emotional coaching techniques
• Previous experience in a primary school or SEN setting is essential
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and creating safe, positive learning spaces
