I'm looking for a well-presented, friendly individual to join my clients team at the front desk. You'll be the first point of contact for applicants, guests, and contractors-delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in line with mystery shopper criteria. A great telephone manner, strong communication skills, and professional email writing are essential.
Welcome and assist applicants, guests, and walk-ins at the reception area.
Conduct viewings with prospective residents.
Manage correspondence, including inboxes, phone calls, and tenant inquiries.
Maintain the diary and coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
Order and monitor office and welfare supplies.
Assist with organising building events and community initiatives.
Manage and update booking platforms, logging all viewings, deals, and leads.
Make pre-viewing calls to potential applicants.
Schedule appointments for viewings and maintenance, and coordinate contractor visits.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for leasing and facilities teams.
Ensure systems like Help the Move are kept up to date.
Prepare welcome packs and conduct move-in inductions for new residents.
Issue and manage key fobs, mobile app access, parcel and visitor systems.
Carry out regular building walks and inspections.
