Job Title: Administrator - First Aid Trained

Location: B15 area, Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP - on going role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join an Academy in the B15, area. This is a full-time role with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a competitive pay rate. Candidates must be First Aid trained and have a certificate to prove this.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence
• Maintaining and updating records
• Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Supporting other departments as needed
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient office operation

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role
• Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to pay for a new one
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
