Role Overview

As a Cold Roll Forming Operative on the afternoon shift, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cold roll forming machines in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment.

Key Responsibilities for a cold roll forming operative

Set up machines as per job specs
Operate cold roll forming machinery to produce steel components
Perform quality checks and ensure products meet tolerances
Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Adjust tooling and settings for different product types
Keep accurate production records
Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsRequirements

Experience operating cold roll forming or similar machinery
Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous)
High attention to detail and quality
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Reliable, independent worker with strong time management
Committed to working fixed afternoon shifts
