Health and Safety Consultant

A hybrid role, with combined homeworking and national travel

You will join a Health and Safety Consultancy that partners with many of the UK's leading food brands and has built a reputation for providing innovative and high-impact services. As the business grows, they seek passionate Health, Safety and Environment professionals to join their growing team.

The role:

- A comprehensive company induction and training plan is provided, so previous consultancy experience is not required.

- Conducting comprehensive HSE audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulations and best practices.

- Developing and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures tailored to specific client needs.

- Providing consultancy and training initiatives focused on Health, Safety and Environment standards, risk management, and emergency preparedness.

- Collaborating with client teams to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.

- Delivering engaging training sessions and workshops that enhance staff knowledge of Health, Safety and environment principles.

 - Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging trends to ensure clients remain compliant.

- Support clients in developing safety culture and awareness.

About you:

-          You will have experience working in a food manufacturing environment

-          Qualified to Nebosh Diploma Level 6 or equivalent

-          You will have strong communication skills

-          You will be a confident and engaging trainer

-          You comfortable working in diverse environments.

-          You are UK-based, with a full UK valid driving licence

-          Able to work flexibly and accommodate overnight stays
