Position: People Development Manager: Core Programme

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,715 in London, £31,627 in Bristol per annum

About the role:
The People Development Manager is responsible for designing and delivering learning opportunities for our client's staff and volunteer workforce. With a focus on a core programme of learning including induction, this role is crucial in making learning relevant, interesting and fun, through face to face, digital and on the job development opportunities. This role will be working as part of a small and dynamic learning team to help the organisation be the best it can be, and to offer a meaningful and accessible learning package across the UK.
They are looking for a person who role models lifelong learning, and who gets everyone around them excited to try new things and get in stuck in. They will be creative and committed to getting the greatest impact for learners at the best price for the charity, and a confident and engaging facilitator themselves. Working with a wide variety of stakeholders and internal customers means that this person will be clear about their destination but flexible and open minded as to how they might get there, and being a team player is non-negotiable.
