Position: Assistant Engineering Manager
Salary: £56,560 - £61,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Overtime: Available & Optional
Location: Stevenage

We are currently looking for an Assistant Engineering Manager to join our client's dedicated Engineering team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers.

Assistant Engineering Manager Required Qualifications:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
Car Driving licence
Supervisory/Managerial Experience within the PSV/HGV industry (non-negotiable)Assistant Engineering Manager Main Duties:

Daily management of the engineering function
Ensuring the fleet of PSVs are maintained to DVSA standards
Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
Direct influence on Health & Safety, compliance, culture, fatigue management & employee wellbeing
Collaborate, as a member of the senior engineering & local management teams, with colleagues to further develop the business within budgetary guidelines
