Registered Nurse (RGN) – Private Clinic – £21.50 per hour – Day Shifts, 37.5 hours per week

 

This role is set within a stunning private post-operative care clinic in Twyford, supporting patients recovering from surgery in a calm and person-centred environment. The setting is has a steady pace of work and a clear focus on clinical standards, patient monitoring, and recovery outcomes. This role is perfect for an RGN who is confident working independently and committed to delivering high-quality post-operative care.

 

Due to the location, candidates must be able to drive to the service.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor patients following surgery, tracking recovery progress and clinical observations
  • Administer medication and manage pain control in line with care plans
  • Identify and escalate any signs of post-operative complications
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with NMC standards
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe discharge planning
  • Provide reassurance and clear communication to patients during recovery

 

What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Recent experience in hospital or post-operative care settings
  • Confident clinical decision-making and observation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a structured clinical environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable

  • Experience in private healthcare or elective surgical services
  • Additional training in post-operative care or recovery nursing
