A fast-growing, high-performing property investment and management group is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its in-house legal function. Working closely with a dynamic, commercially driven team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.

This is a hands-on, office-based role suitable for a Lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of transactions, and is confident managing a varied, high-volume caseload. You'll work alongside senior stakeholders and external advisors to deliver efficient, accurate, and seamless legal support across the property lifecycle.


The Role

You will take responsibility for a full spectrum of conveyancing and property-related work, including:

  • Managing and assisting with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Conducting title reviews, searches, and general legal due diligence
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and supporting legal documentation
  • Ensuring all files, documents, and case records are maintained to regulatory and internal standards
  • Providing legal and administrative support to partners and fee earners across the property team
  • Handling post-completion matters, including registrations and SDLT submissions

About You

We're looking for a confident, commercially aware property specialist with:

  • 5+ years PQE in residential and/or commercial property
  • UK Qualified
  • Strong experience managing a high-volume caseload
  • Excellent drafting skills and clear, professional communication
  • Strong client-facing aptitude and relationship management skills
  • High levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with case management systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy, professional environment
  • Comfortable commuting to London on a full-time office basis
