The Role
As a permanent member of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial, retail, and hospitality sites. Key Duties

*

Service, maintain, and repair a range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits)

*

Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment including cold rooms, chillers, and display cabinets

*

Carry out installations and commissioning to industry standards

*

Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting efficiently

*

Complete accurate job sheets and service reports

*

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering

*

F-Gas certification (Category 1) - essential

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)

*

Good working knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Toshiba, etc.

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
