About the RolesWe are looking for committed SEN Teaching Assistants who can support pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
  • Speech and language needs
  • Learning difficulties

Your role may include:

  • Providing 1:1 support
  • Assisting small groups
  • Helping pupils regulate emotions and behaviour
  • Supporting classroom teachers
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
