Leading Global City Organisation that is a FTSE 100 company are looking to identify a
C-Suite assistant who can operate in the HR department.
A fast paced role supporting the Head of HR
Performance & Delivery
*Executive assistant support to the Head of HR Corporate Functions
Functions in relation to diary management, travel and expenses
*To provide training to HR teams on travel booking and be first point of contact
should any queries or troubleshooting arise form bookings
*To provide training to HR teams on processing expenses through the online tool in
line with company policy SAP
*To manage internal and external events for the team
*To provide a diplomatic and courteous "first point of contact" for the team
*To produce high quality documentation, presentations and reports in support of the
Heads of HR and team as required
*To provide PA and administrative support, not specifically referred to above as
Requirements for this Executive Assistant role.
*Ideally degree or equivalent, but not essential
*5 + years' PA / EA experience operating within a large global Company ideally
supporting in the HR Department.
*Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
*Excellent organisational and prioritising talents
*Exceptional IT skills including word/excel/PP/SAP and Concur (SAP and Concur a real
