A HR Advisor is required on a temporary basis in Dagenham for a market leading business. This organisation has won awards for being the leaders in their field. This is a temporary role to support a HR manager and HR Advisor throughout a re structure.
Your new role
You will work closely with the HR team to provide an efficient service to all managers and staff onsite. This role will include managing a caseload of Employee relation cases so previous case work experience is essential.
You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive HR advice and support service with regards to complex case work and change management programmes as well as being a coach and mentor line managers to develop their capability to enable them to manage and develop their staff effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be educated to degree level with a CIPD qualification or relevant work experience, you will have a proven track record of taking the lead in resolving complex employee relations issues. You will be an effective communicator with good influencing and sound decision making skills with the ability to work in a fast moving complex environment, delivering service excellence and dealing with difficult situations.
