Masterclass Education are delighted to be recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join our team based in Barnsley.

We specialise in recruiting for schools within the education sector across the Yorkshire market. We pride ourselves on successful relationships and the satisfaction of clients and candidates.

What The Role Entails:

* You will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance processes are adhered to for all new and current candidates in line with the company's compliance policies and procedures. Candidate checks will need to be completed in a timely and accurate manner clearing them to start work.

* You will be required to converse efficiently with candidates in person and on the phone keeping them updated on progress and responding to queries.

* Other aspects of the role include processing, monitoring and tracking all compliance checks (DBS Childrens Bared List etc), chasing references and accurately updating information on their internal systems.
