D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst with strong expertise in
operations and logistics to support a leading
retail end-user through a key phase of their ERP transformation. This role will focus on optimising supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes using D365 F&O, ensuring seamless integration with retail operations and customer fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for operations and logistics-related D365 F&O functionality.
- Lead workshops to gather and document requirements across supply chain, warehousing, and distribution functions.
- Configure and support D365 F&O modules including:
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Inventory Management
- Transportation Management
- Sales and Distribution
- Master Planning
- Demand Forecasting
- Analyse and improve operational processes such as order fulfilment, stock replenishment, and returns management.
- Support solution design, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across logistics and retail operations.
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
- Strong understanding of retail logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain execution.
- Hands-on experience with relevant D365 F&O SCM modules.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
