A leading manufacturer are seeking the right individual to join their team as a TIG Welder working at their Farnborough site carrying out the TIG, and occasional MIG welding, of stainless stell and other sheet metal based materials.

Must have background

* Proven background and experience in stainless steel TIG welding

* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Experienced using a variety of hand tools

* Must have strong interpersonal skills

* Must be well organised and communicative

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Performing TIG and MIG welding duties

* Ensuring produced fabrications meet rigorous and industry leading standards

* Supporting production and quality teams with inspections

* Supporting the enhancement on process improvements and continuous improvements implementation

* Developing methods of manufacture
