This multi-disciplinary construction company have been established for over 100 years and operate across a variety of construction competencies, ranging from small extensions and refurbishments to the design and build of new developments, with their teams delivering construction excellence across the Health, Education and Commercial sectors. Due to this, they are now looking to recruit a Contracts Manager into their highly skilled and established team.

In this role, you will autonomously manage multiple construction projects at a time, undertaking activities including but not limited to; leading the delivery of a single team including clients, subcontractors and the design team, coaching and motivating a team, having responsibility for the performance management of the supply chain, upholding all Health & Safety procedures, pricing small works to the value of £100,000 and being financially responsible for any given project.

Therefore, this role would ideally suit a Contracts Manager with construction experience, keen to join an award winning, high profile company, working on diverse construction projects for a strong client base, in a team of highly skilled and established professionals.
