An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join a successful and forward-thinking department at a well-regarded secondary school in Derby. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) passionate about delivering outstanding Computer Science education from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5.

Who We Are Looking For:

Holds a degree in Computer Science or a closely related subject

*

Qualified with QTS or PGCE

*

Confident teaching Computer Science across KS3 to KS5, including GCSE and A-Level

*

Strong knowledge of digital literacy, coding, programming, and computational thinking

*

Able to deliver innovative, engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students

*

A reflective practitioner with excellent classroom management and communication skills

*

Enjoys working as part of a high-performing and supportive team
