We're working with a respected regional law firm with an excellent reputation across Oxfordshire. Their Banbury office is now looking to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

The Role:

* Focused purely on Commercial Property work
* Typical matters include acquisitions & disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work, and general commercial real estate advice
* You'll handle a mix of your own files (appropriate to your level) while working closely with senior colleagues for more complex matters

About You:

* UK-qualified Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE
* Experience in both Residential and Commercial Property considered, if you're now looking to focus solely on the commercial side
* Confident handling more junior matters independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills essential
