Their ground-breaking work on various commercial sites across London is highly regarded in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer to join their project-based team and take the reins of supervising other subcontractors, as well as advising on BMS strategy with the wider team.

**Role Overview**

As a Senior BMS Engineer, your impact will be felt across multiple commercial sites where you will perform crucial roles in BMS commissioning involving Trend and Tridium systems. You will supervise subcontractors and provide insights and strategies that will improve the performance of the installed BMS, contributing significantly to the business's broader energy optimization goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Configuration and commissioning of BMS systems

Delivery of high-quality technical solutions

Providing professional advice on BMS strategy with the wider team

Managing and supervising subcontractor activities

Liaison with stakeholders on multiple levels

**The Ideal Candidate**

Proven experience in BMS Engineering, particularly with Trend and Tridium systems

Capacity to manage and work alongside subcontractors

Comprehensive knowledge of smart building and energy optimisation principles

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently on multiple sites
