Lettings Negotiator
My client is a well-established, family run, independent agency and is looking for a new Lettings Negotiator to join their team in north-west London.
This an opportunity for anyone that is passionate about property and has a tight grasp on sales, who has a hunger for high earning and looking to develop their skills.
Duties
- Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements
- To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
- Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
- The ability to work well as part of a growing team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 12 months in London Lettings; preferably NW London.
- Have a passion for property
- A well-presented individual.
- An eagerness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients and prospect tenants
- A UK driver's license
Benefits
- Car Allowance / Pool Car
Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, Sat 9:30am-2pm 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary: £20,000-£25,000, OTE £50,000 - £60,000
