🛡️ Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being of all children
📋 Manage day-to-day operations, staying compliant with Ofsted and all regulations
🤝 Lead, support, and supervise a strong care team
💰 Manage budgets and resources effectively
🧑‍🏫 Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development 
✅ Registered Manager Children's Residential Requirements

👩‍💼 Experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role
🎓 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
📚 Strong knowledge of relevant regulations & legislation
💬 Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
