• Leading daily production operations across multiple pick and pack lines
• Managing and developing production teams to achieve output and quality targets
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and audit standards
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing efficiency and cost saving improvements
• Planning labour and resources to meet shifting production demands
• Working closely with logistics and planning teams to maintain workflow
 
As a Production Manager, your experience will include:
• Proven background managing production within an FMCG environment
• Hands on experience overseeing pick and pack or high‑volume line operations
• A track record of driving productivity and maintaining quality standards
