We are an established Firm of Accountants in Harrow Town Centre looking for a bright and enthusiastic applicant for a bookkeeping, payroll and administrative role.

Suitable applicant will require both written and oral communication, word processing and good computer literacy using Microsoft word and Excel.

  • Organisational and ability to multi-task and work under pressure are essential.
  • Professional appearance and presentation would also be essential.
  • Bookkeeper / Payroll / Administration - Duties including:
  • Processing client records and information on Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Processing, preparing, and reviewing monthly and quarterly VAT returns for clients.
  • Processing client payroll.
  • Dealing with Company Secretarial work
  • Assisting receptionist and secretary when required.

Place of work: Harrow on the Hill very close to Metropolitan Line Station

Bookkeeper / Payroll / Administration - Salary: Negotiable depending on previous experience and knowledge.
