    ·         They are a well-established, forwarding thinking law firm who continue to grow and go from strength to strength

    ·         Each of their specialised departments are kept busy with a constant flow of work coming from repeat clients/business

    The candidate;

    ·         Ideally you will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years post qualification experience

    ·         ·         ·         ·         You should be conscientious, dynamic, have an eye for detail and have the ability to work within a fast paced environment whilst maintaining excellent quality of service and client care

     

    The Role;

    You will be working with the firms in house department, be responsible for your own caseload of serious injury/clinical negligence matters from inception to finish, be expected to draft legal and court documents and ensure all court deadlines are complied with in accordance with deadlines whilst ensuring excellent client service is maintained at all times.

     

    Your duties will involve but will not be limited to:-

    ·         Taking new instructions

    ·         Assessing liability and case prospects

    ·         Arranging and collating evidence in support of a Claimant’s claim

    ·         Valuing medical evidence

    ·         Advising clients

    ·         Utilising the firms case management system

    ·         Being proactive and showing initiative

    ·         Providing excellent customer service and knowledge of the claims process

    ·         Working to deadlines and managing your time effectively

    ·         Meeting targets set for cost performance
