Salary: £24000 - £25000/annum

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to work alongside the inhouse Recruiter for a high-growth company based in Kings Langley on a full-time and permanent basis.

Recruitment experience either within an internal or agency role is a must for this role in order to understand standard recruitments processes and procedures.

The role will be fast paced and will definitely keep you busy! From adding vacancies to the company's recruitment systems to keeping on top of their busy mailbox, you will certainly be kept on your toes!

This position will be working Monday to Friday in their unique and beautiful office space, working 9am to 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break on a hybrid 3 in and 2 out pattern, free parking on site as well as a range of other fantastic company benefits with a competitive salary of £25,000 + Bonus.

Daily duties:

Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end recruitment function
Ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process
Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner
Ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date
Coordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organising team's calls, candidate confirmations, update of ATS system and interview schedule tracker
Maintain all recruitment folders with up-to-date documents such as interview templates and job descriptions
Support all aspects of the recruitment cycle, manage and review recruitment mailbox, job posts and respond to candidates queries within agreed SLA's
Managing and updating the e-Onboarding tool as and when required with new starter details
Act as liaison with the HR Team, supporting of the candidate on-boarding process and highlighting any issues

Candidate requirements

Previous recruitment experience is a must
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular)
Time management, prioritisation, and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable to change
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Systems and process orientated

Ideal candidate to have knowledge on:

ATS systems
Familiar with HR Administration & Recruitment Processes
