Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting a great school in Buckinghamshire in their search for a School Site Manager to look after their site on a full time, temporary basis with a view to potentially becoming long term.

The key responsibilities for the role can be found below:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school premises.

Ensure health & safety standards are met across the site, including compliance with statutory regulations.

Manage cleaning, caretaking, and grounds staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Coordinate contractors and monitor site projects, repairs, and refurbishments.

Support school events and activities with facilities setup and logistics.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in site or facilities management, ideally within an educational setting.

Strong knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance requirements.

Practical skills in maintenance, repairs, and basic IT systems.

Ability to lead a team and liaise effectively with staff, contractors, and the wider school community.

Flexible, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards.
