Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Sleaford
Project: New Build Care Home
Rate: £260 - £300 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project project in Leicester, this will be working on a new build project for a Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
