Commission: 15% on company leads | 30% on self-generated business

We’re working with a thriving estate agency branch in Corby that’s looking for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is a busy, lead-rich environment with huge opportunity — you’ll be working in-branch with consistent, quality leads and plenty of footfall from a well-established sales team.

• £25,000 basic salary

• Minimum 12 months+ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to write consistent business
• Ambitious and self-motivated, with a passion for providing quality advice
• Able to build rapport with clients and work closely with the estate agency team
• Familiar with working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
