Are you a dynamic Telephone Business Development Manager with proven experience in bridging finance? We’re looking for a confident, results-driven professional to join our Manchester Piccadilly office full-time and play a key role in our expanding, high-performing sales team.

As a Telephone Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing intermediary relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving growth within the bridging finance market. You'll play a central role in converting leads, building strong broker relationships, and representing a lender with a strong reputation and highly competitive proposition.

• Engage with mortgage brokers and intermediaries via phone to promote our bridging finance products

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into active cases

• Build and maintain broker relationships to support repeat business

• Collaborate with underwriting and sales support teams to ensure smooth case progression

• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

• Proven sales experience within the bridging finance or specialist lending sector

• Previous success in a Telephone Business Development Manager role or similar intermediary-facing position

• Confident communicator with excellent telephone and negotiation skills

• Driven, target-oriented, and a natural relationship builder

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive office environment

• £45,000 basic salary
