Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Established in 2001, MTR Partnership are a close-knit recruitment consultancy who specialise in the Construction and Property sectors. We have developed long standing relationships with a variety of clients and benefit from preferred supplier status with many companies.

After a successful 2024 and a brilliant start to 2025, we are now looking to recruit a Trainee Consultant to aid our future growth. Working within an experienced Recruitment team you'll be given the training and guidance to develop a successful career within the industry.

Your duties will include:
• Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and specifications
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the recruitment process
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements
• Utilise social media and other platforms to market job opportunities and attract candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback afterwards
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database

Training:
• The option to undertake a Recruiter (Level 3) qualification - Equal to A Level: An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

• GCSE in English (grade 4) & Maths (grade 4)
