We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Construction Lecturer to deliver Entry Level 3 Construction courses at our Ystrad Mynach Campus. This is a part-time role (16 hours per week) with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives in a practical, learner-focused environment.
?? About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on and classroom-based learning to Entry Level 3 learners. The role requires a flexible and empathetic approach, supporting students who may present with complex social, emotional, or pastoral needs.
????? The Ideal Candidate Will: - Have experience teaching construction trades or possess relevant transferable skills suited to delivering Entry Level 3 content.
- Be confident working with learners who require additional support and guidance.
- Demonstrate a learner-centred approach, with flexibility, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills.
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
