We are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a well-established Civil Engineering Contractor to join their team in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of key civil engineering projects, with a competitive salary and long-term career progression on offer.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.

• Oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality standards are maintained.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial teams to deliver schemes effectively.

• Drive health & safety standards on site, carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance.

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering (groundworks, drainage, roads, or utilities).

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential).

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards under pressure.

Package:

• Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
