As a Hygiene Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional hygiene, housekeeping, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across our factory. Working closely with both the Hygiene and Manufacturing teams, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene across site
Supporting production teams to promote a safe and clean working environment
Ensuring waste areas are maintained and correct waste streams are followed
Escalating any hygiene or safety concerns to the Hygiene Technician
Carrying out deep-cleaning activities, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals
Stripping down and rebuilding equipment as part of scheduled cleaning
Supporting and improving Health & Safety procedures
Contributing to the site Continuous Improvement programme
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Shift Pattern
Flexibility is required to accommodate production downtime and operational needs.
