Special Educational Needs (SEN) Science Teacher Position: SEN Science TeacherLocation: SeftonStart Date: As soon as possible

Role Summary:You will be responsible for delivering accessible and engaging science lessons to students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD).
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver science lessons adapted to individual education plans and P Scales.
- Use differentiated approaches to engage learners of varying abilities.
- Develop positive relationships to encourage participation and confidence.
- Manage classroom behaviour with patience and creativity.
- Assist with personal care tasks when necessary to support learning.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to apply.
- Available 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Experience teaching Science within SEN settings preferred.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Immediate start preferred.
