The ideal individual will hold either AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, be a RICS-registered valuer, and possess the ability to carry out valuations and Level 2 surveys effectively. In addition to being self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service within a collaborative team environment.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Conducting valuations (including private) and surveys in accordance with RICS standards
  • Carrying out Homebuyer and Building surveys (training can be provided on building surveys) 
  • Engaging with clients, providing professional advice and support
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction
