I'm working with a well-established and highly respected business in the Fragrance/Private label sector who are looking to add an experienced NPD/ Product Development individual to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2/3+ years' experience in product or project development who is passionate about innovation, fragrance, and bringing new products to life.

The role:
✨ Manage and deliver NPD projects from concept through to production
✨ Collaborate closely with customers on private label developments
✨ Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost and timelines are met
✨ Support existing customer accounts and ongoing product improvements

📍 Location: Greater London/Essex
💷 Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
