 What’s required of the Support Engineer? We’re looking for a bright, inquisitive, technically minded Support Analyst – you don’t need to know everything, but you need to be willing to use your initiative to solve the problem when you don’t know! Ideally, you might have experience including: 

• Experience providing 1st/ 2nd line support in a Microsoft environment
• Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
• Experience with Office365, Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange 
• Full UK driving license
