Your day will involve encouraging and supporting people to be as independent as ; You will support people to make choices and to seek opportunities so that they can realise their ; You will be supporting individuals with personal care, daily living skills and to maintain their ; You will support people within the local community and beyond and ensure they maintain relationships with their friends and family who are central to their ; You will need to be able to maintain accurate records, to prioritise and show initiative, and enjoy interacting with a variety of ; You will have basic computer skills.
We provide full training and regular supervision so that you can develop your skills and progress in your ; Full and part time shifts are available including evenings and weekends.
