We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in Kidderminster. In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs, including SEMH, autism, trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges. You will play a key role in implementing tailored learning and behaviour strategies, helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to support each child's individual development.
